Privacy Policy
What data the promptstudio.tools gallery and the Cyber AI Crossposter application handle: site analytics, access tokens and publication content.
This policy explains what data the Cyber AI project handles: the promptstudio.tools gallery website and our internal tools, including the Cyber AI Crossposter application.
Who processes the data
The operator is the Cyber AI project (Prompt Studio). Contact us at xarongai@gmail.com - send any privacy-related request to the same address.
Data collected by promptstudio.tools
The gallery works without registration. We never ask for your name, phone number or postal address.
| What we collect | Why | How |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymised visit statistics | to learn which prompt collections are useful | Google Analytics 4, Yandex Metrica |
| Cookies | to remember your colour theme and interface language | stored locally in your browser |
| Technical request data | protection against failures and abuse | web server logs |
Technical data means your IP address, browser type, operating system, page URL and request time. Web server logs record it automatically, exactly as on any website.
We do not collect sensitive categories of data, do not build advertising profiles and do not sell data to third parties.
Data handled by the crossposting application
The Cyber AI Crossposter application moves publications between accounts that we own ourselves: from our Telegram channel to our own accounts on other platforms. It is built for single-owner use and does not serve any third-party users.
The application handles:
- access tokens issued by platforms after the account owner explicitly grants consent;
- the content of our own publications - text, images and video that we publish ourselves.
What matters about this data:
- tokens are stored on our own server in a file with restricted permissions and are used only to publish to our own accounts;
- tokens are never shared with third parties and are never used to read other platform users' data;
- media files are downloaded to a temporary directory for the duration of publishing and removed immediately afterwards;
- the application neither requests nor stores follower data, their profiles, messages or contacts.
For Pinterest the application requests the boards:read, boards:write, pins:read and pins:write scopes - they are required to create boards and publish pins in our own account. No scopes for reading other users' data are requested.
Who we share data with
Only with services the product cannot work without:
- the platforms we publish to, through their official APIs (Pinterest, VK, MAX, Telegram, Instagram);
- website analytics providers - Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica.
Each of them processes data under its own privacy policy.
Retention
Access tokens are kept while the platform connection remains active and are deleted when access is revoked. Web server logs are kept for no longer than 90 days. Anonymised statistics are retained by the analytics providers under their own rules.
Your rights
You may request which of your data we process, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to processing. Write to xarongai@gmail.com - we reply within 30 days.
You can disable analytics in your browser by blocking cookies or enabling "Do Not Track". The gallery keeps working either way.
